Teresa Mullin Is a thirty year veteran of marketing and sales in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in both domestic and international sales for theme parks, hotels, rental cars, destination marketing and promotions. Prior to launching her consulting career, Ms. Mullin was employed by the Disneyland Resort for 20 years. Her tenure at Disneyland Resort included roles as Manager, Wholesale Sales (domestic and international), International Sales and Marketing Manager for Asia and the Pacific Rim, and Senior International Sales Manager, Worldwide.


In addition to her active publishing portfolio, which includes writing for a variety of in-room magazines such as Bespoke (St. Regis) and Loews magazines, she consults for tourism boards, hotels, tour operators and other hospitality suppliers on such topics as online marketing, social engagement and web development strategies.


Monica Poling has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years. She is the editor of, a website promoting the importance of community, culture and sustainability in travel. Most recently she was online editor at TravelAge West, a leading B2B travel trade publication distributed to retail travel agents throughout the Western United States. Her work at TravelAge West magazine has won numerous awards, including a Maggie Award for "Best Travel Trade Website" by the Western Publishing Association.

Beginning her professional career in full service quantitative consumer market research, Ms. Schlau has been a consultant since 1981. Prior to LSC, Lauren was a manager at the Los Angeles office of PKF Inc., a hospitality consulting firm, and research director at the San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau. She also has been employed by, or consulted with the City and County of Los Angeles, and the State of California.


Brian Anton has over 17 years of graphics experience. His firm, provides clients with every creative need required and specializes in corporate identity, point of purchase displays and various collateral materials from brochures to trade show materials as well copy editing and basic website development and maintenance.

With Marina Del Rey Tere managed their marketing and promotions programs. 


Fred Sater started his own public relations and marketing practice – Fred Sater Communications – in July 2003 after a twenty-two year career with the State of California’s tourism marketing program, where he most recently served as Director of Communications.
